See links below to the Equivalence Chart that we received from the Wendy DeWitt 90-day Food Storage Presentation.  You may want to copy this chart and put one copy into your recipe book and one copy into your food storage binder for reference. 

I also have a DVD copy of the Wendy DeWitt 90 day food storage plan.  It has many great ideas.  If you would like to see it, let me know and I’ll get a copy to you.

There are two small books that can be printed from the internet that gives most of the information given in the DVD presentation.
